BREAD FREE STUFFING

Ingredients: 1 lbs ground beef or ground pork sausages 8 pieces of bacon, chopped 2 sweet potatoes, diced 2 onions, diced ½ container of mushrooms 2 apples, diced 1 cup of dried cranberries 1 cup of chopped walnuts 1 garlic clove, minced 2 eggs, beaten ¼ cup of turkey broth or chicken broth ¼ cup of butter, melted 1 tsp of poultry seasoning Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with foil, throw in diced sweet potatoes, sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake 15-20 minutes or until sweet potatoes are tender, then set aside. • Place chopped bacon in a large skillet, over medium-high heat. When fat is expressed from the bacon add minced garlic, onions, mushrooms and apples. Add a bit of salt and pepper.
