AFFIRMATIONS TO TAKE ONE DAY AT A TIME

I feel well and I take one day at a time. It’s easy – one day at a time. Day after day, I feel better, because I take one day at a time. Today it’s easy to be thin. Today it’s easy to be happy. Today it’s easy to change habits. I succeed very well, one day at a time. When I wake up – I smile and say,

I’m feeling well, relaxed and thin. Every day I think about it. I’m feeling great and I want it to be this way all my life. I like to eat everything that lets me be thin.
